Managing Health & Safety

We are committed to securing constant improvement in health and safety performance, which can only be achieved through the systematic identification, assessment and control of risk. This includes regular reviews of performance and audits of health and safety management systems.

Bedfords regards statutory health and safety requirements as the minimum acceptable standard and will strive, where possible, to improve and exceed such standards.

We conduct our business in a way that ensures the health, safety and well-being of our employees, sub-contractors, suppliers and any person affected by our operations through the efficient execution of procedures, training and monitoring systems.

Training and competence

The Bedfords Group ensures all of its employees are competent and trained for the tasks they are expected to carry out. Our commitment ensures all employees are trained and assessed both in-house and from specialised training providers.
